Possibly cause it's spring, possibly cause i love cooking, probably because of my type triple A personality... ;) but i digress

here are just afew of them:

  • Mediterranean Quinoa salad
  • quick and rustic homemade tomato sauce, 4 ingredients & only 20 minutes!
  • low carb eggplant pizza bites, these barely lasted past their photoshoot!! ;)
  • gluten free whole grain flat bread
  • Tuscan tuna salad... this is NOT Grandma's MAYO-tuna salad ;)
  • quick roasted asparagus, 3 ingredients and only less then 20 minutes

these are just a few... there will be more tasty surprises this week
