what you need:

  • 1 tbsp ginger, peeled, big chunks
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (preferably the kind that just has ground peanuts in it... no other mystery ingredients)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp shiro miso paste (you can find on Amazon)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp stevia powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)

what to do:

  • place all ingredients n blender, close ld and blend 30 seconds,
  • open lid, scrape down sides and blend again, repeat 1 more time.

voila! easy to make delicious low calorie peanut sauce :)
