Possibly cause it's spring, possibly cause i love cooking, probably because of my type triple A personality... ;) but i digress
here are just afew of them:
- Mediterranean Quinoa salad
- quick and rustic homemade tomato sauce, 4 ingredients & only 20 minutes!
- low carb eggplant pizza bites, these barely lasted past their photoshoot!! ;)
- gluten free whole grain flat bread
- Tuscan tuna salad... this is NOT Grandma's MAYO-tuna salad ;)
- quick roasted asparagus, 3 ingredients and only less then 20 minutes
these are just a few... there will be more tasty surprises this week
